Menstruation tracking
This may not be something you need to monitor for your medical condition. However, it is interesting to track so that you understand your cycle and can spot any changes that may occur.

Menstrual Flow
The menstrual flow is usually heaviest in the first couple of days. The colour can change from bright red, to pink, brown or black. It is also common to see clots, especially on heavier days. These can be recorded on the chart

Menstrual symptoms
As part of your menstrual cycle a number of other symptoms may occur these include but are not limited to cramps, bloated, headaches, fatigue. These could be recorded on the chart using a key.
