Sometimes when life gets busy we forget that spending quality time with our friends, family and partners is the most important thing we can do for our wellness. These are the people who make us feel happy, comfortable and confident. Scheduling monthly family dates and dates with your partner is key to maintaining healthy relationships.

Brain fog makes remembering birthdays/anniversaries a struggle.
I decided to write all my celebrations down on this template and the refer to it when I do my monthly planning. I’ve started buying my cards monthly and then sending them out at the beginning of the month. It’s better for the card to arrive early rather than late.

Even though I really enjoy socialising with my supportive friends and family, some days, especially when I have a flare up/crash I close myself away from everyone.
Dealing with the physical pain/energy crash seems easier that way.
I really want to make sure I’m keeping my connections strong but brain fog makes remembering what I’ve done/who I’ve socialised with a struggle. I created this tracker, to use as a tool for planning meet-ups the following week/month.
