Focusing on wellness begins with self-assessment
Take time to focus on each pillar, to become more aware of your lifestyle habits and choices. Assess any negative impact these may have on your well-being.
Taking special consideration for:
- What habits support my wellness?
- How do my choices impact my health and wellness?
- What lifestyle do I really want to lead to positively affect my wellness?
This will naturally identify areas that require a change.
Create a plan for these changes that incorporates strategies from each of the 4 P’s of managing chronic pain, to facilitate a more balanced approach to your wellness.
These improvements will provide you with more control over your health and wellness and your new lifestyle.
